Shirley Kavanagh Associates was established by Shirley Kavanagh in 2010. Shirley spent fifteen years in a number of senior management positions in AXA Ireland, achieving a Board position in 1998 when she was appointed Executive Director for the Claims Business in the Group.

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin and a alumunus from a number of business schools including IMD in Lausanne, the University of Michigan and Harvard Business School she is an experienced business leader. Her aim, through Shirley Kavanagh Associates, is to work with individuals on an individual and team basis, to improve performance, facilitate change and develop Leadership potential.
